Please confirm, reschedule, or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the service. If you do not confirm, cancel, reschedule, or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged half of the service price. 

You will be charged an additional $30 late fee if you are more than 15 minutes late. You may lose your appointment time and be required to wait until the next available appointment time. 

If you do not confirm your appointment, arrive late, or do not show up for your appointment, these are inconveniences for everyone. Please be so kind as to take the initiative and be responsible for your appointments.
